A school-based psychologist position is available to support a virtual academy serving approximately 60 students. This contract role is located in Ontario, OR, and offers a Monday through Thursday schedule totaling 32 hours per week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making.
- Assist in crisis intervention and behavior management protocols tailored for a virtual learning environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality standards.
Qualifications And Experience
